Academic Research Group Consultancy and Electronics Industry and Trade Inc. Co. has been founded in 1994 with an objective to close an existing gap in the markets by providing R&D and Consultancy Services to private electronics projects. Yet, in the course of the time, as a result of specialization in the field, some products of the company have started to be serially produced. Among these products, Voice Response Systems and Voice Recorders cover the most important part. All of the products have been developed in the light of researches that have been carried out and experience of the company. ARG has been a customer-centered company because it creates different solutions to the firms on project basis.

The vision of the company is to provide the technical support, product flexibility and high quality at the best reasonable price by keeping up with the technological developments, by determining the products that will be of service to markets and if possible by producing these products.

Our products; CTI (Computer and Telephone Integration) Applications, Multi-Channel Digital Voice Recorder, Call Center, SMS center, Voice Response and Interactive System Applications (IVR, Voice Mail) (Alo......../Tele..............), Order 24 (SP24), Fiscal Memory Cards, Electronic Telephone  Line Filters, CCIR-5 Tone Decoder Circuits, PCI and ISA Bus Special Design PC Cards, Call Supervisor, Vending Machines Control Unit, Electronic journal, Dialler.

Besides selling and marketing its products within its own structure, our company also provides services via other firms. Since all of these systems are not produced under the name of ARG, they don’t take place in our reference list.  Among these, Stock Brokers (Digital Recorder), numerous schools and education centers (IVR Applications – Alo-School) and many foreign exchange agencies can be counted.

Our technological infrastructure: Our company has highly trained staff consisting of engineers with doctorate or master’s degrees and R&D laboratories equipped to be able to carry out and apply the technological researches in our work fields. Although ARG mostly seeks solutions for its customers from designing phase to production phase within the range of its products, it also resorts to import according to the demands of its customers. ARG is a company which also creates the products it provides and that enables ARG to be among the few companies in the sector that both produce and sell its own products. That’s why ARG is able to offer the true ”Customer-Centered Approach” to its customers.
