Yilmaz Law Offices is a medium-sized business law firm which has been providing high-quality partner led legal services to both Turkish and International clients since 1983. We assist clients in a variety of legal matters, ranging from debt collection, general corporate work, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, property law, protection of intellectual property rights, labour law and structuring foreign investments to specific industry sectors, such as production, telecommunications and media.
 
 
With two offices in Turkey the firm employs a team of ten lawyers each specialized in different fields of business law.
 

About us

Yilmaz Law Offices was founded by Ms.Banu YILMAZ in 1983 as a "labour law" firm. In mid 1990's with the synergy of the new partners Mr.Cagatay and Ms.Rana YILMAZ foreign direct investment law also appeared as one of the main working fields of the firm.
 
 
There are four partners and six associates working at the firm.
 
In the previous years the firm represented more than 20 entities where the majority of them are listed in the top exporters of Turkey. In addition the firm provided legal assistance to some of world wide known foreign companies in mergers and acquisitiona, incorporation and business transactions .
 

The firm has focused its practice in international issues since the foundation  The firm is the exclusive Turkey member of Galexy, association of international law firms .(www.galexy.eu )

Specialized in labour law.Mrs. Yilmaz is a well-known lawyer in the field of labour law. She has lectured at Universities and conferences on the topics of her practice.Mrs.Yilmaz speaks English and Turkish.

Mr.Yilmaz focuses his practice mainly on business law, especially on mergers and acquisitions,company law, intellectual property, business transactions, competition law, and real property law.He has represented foreign clients in significant mergers and acquisitions deals in the previous years.Mr.Yilmaz speaks English and Turkish.
