Production 

WOVEN LABELS

We use the state-of-the-art “computer system” weaving looms for woven label production and offer high quality products in every kind of weft thickness.

In this process we apply special surface burnishing process or logo etc. to the parts of the woven labels, which you want to emphasize by embossing with specially designed forms.  

LASER CUTTING

In this process we apply burning, partial cutting or complete cutting to your labels which are prepared with different materials, with the design you like and with laser technology.
Laser cutting types;
- Labels which are hardened with interlining
- Labels which are laminated by double sided sticky band
- Labels which are applied by iron and don’t need sewing

SCREEN-PRINTING (3 COLOURS FROM COIL TO COIL ON TAPES)

In this process 3 coloured screen-printing is applied up to 20 cm. width coil of every kind of fabric like polyester, cotton, canvas and onto the different materials which screen-printing can be applied.

SCREEN-PRINTING (LAYER)

Screen-printing is applied onto the layers of the materials up to 50x70 cm.

TRANSFER LABELS

Labels are prepared for applying onto the materials like fabrics etc.with heating and transfer application can be performed if desired.
